A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hi! Thanks for stopping by!

My name is Breanna Jae Fajardo. I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco, with a degree in Visual Communications in 2016.

Currently, I am employed as a Technical Support Specialist for a OOMA, a VOIP phone service provider. Previously, I was the Store Operator/Visual Merchandiser at Target, and an Interior Design Sales Lead, at Living Spaces.
I've always had a passion for design and content creation. When MySpace was popular, I had taught myself Adobe Photoshop through Youtube tutorials and blogs. I would create patterned backgrounds and embed them into a code for other users to download. Additionally, I taught myself how to use video-editing software, for example, iMovie or Final Cut Pro. When my friends and I would got together after school, you would find me with my Canon Digital Camera! I would record ourselves having a great time, and then put together a video compilation with background music. In today's world, we call it "v-logging."

It took me a moment to figure out what I am passionate about and what I would love to pursue a career in. With my long history of providing excellent customer service, I'd be able to apply my skill set to the Digital/Social Media Marketing field to build authentic customer relationships, understand social media hashtags, focus on creating a customer base, develop customer service policies and support. As a visual learner, I am always eager to learn and face new challenges.

Some examples of different software that I am familiar with is Adobe Creative Cloud. That includes Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, and Lightroom. Also, I am skilled in Canva, iMove, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Data Entry.
